We have a staff of registered Architects with extensive experience in retail store and retail development design and construction.
Joseph Sidor, our principle, has worked for top national retail development companies such as Forest City Development and Developers Diversified, for over 20 years as Director in charge of Tenant Design, Construction, and Tenant Coordination.
The SidorGroup was established in 1998 as a one stop source for retail client design, tenant coordination, project management, and store planning. We provide all the services a retail tenant needs in the design and construction of their stores.
The Principal Architect will be involved in your project from inception through completion and will provide the interface between you and our architectural office and engineering support.
We provide comprehensive design services including Construction Drawings, CADD Services, Renderings, Color/Sample Boards, and any other documents needed for permitting or City/State approval.
We are registered in most states.
